Great Plains Communications has an opening for an energetic, detail-oriented professional to provide support for our Salesforce application. This is a newly created position that will serve as a direct point-of-contact for our growing sales team. This position is located at our Blair, Nebraska headquarters.
The Salesforce Administrator position is accountable for:
- Providing administration and support for the Salesforce application, including supporting and troubleshooting
- Providing detailed, customized solutions and training to Salesforce users, and improving the CRM functionality and efficiency
- Ensuring the quality of data in Salesforce meets company needs, and providing the information required for accurate dashboards and BI analytics
- Managing CRM integration with other company platforms and applications
This position requires a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and best practices, including the ability to build custom objects, formula fields, workflows, and custom views. Successful candidates must have experience with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) as well as the ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. Strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to understand and articulate complex requirements, are also desired.
A Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience plus a minimum of two years of Salesforce experience is desired. Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
