Telecommunications Product Manager

Great Plains Communications is growing!  We are looking for a high-energy professional to drive the product development and planning processes.

This position will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating new product launches, feature enhancements, operational integration of product offerings, and product migration strategies
  • Leading financial modeling and business modeling for existing products and new revenue opportunities; and articulating findings to management
  • Evaluating emerging technology trends across sectors of the market
  • Executing product and pricing strategies for services.

Successful candidates must have knowledge of leading service provider voice and data network technologies; shown leadership roles in developing new telecommunications products; and an understanding of company business models, distribution channels, target markets and technology.  Strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to multitask and maintain timelines for major initiatives is a must.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus 5 or more years of experience in the telecommunications field is desired.  PMP certification is a plus.
